Legacy rappers like Nas and Rakim made haircut parts in hip-hop popular back in the 90’s poprular and today rappers like Drake and Fabolous have brought them back to the forefront, making it a way of personalizing individual style and helping them stand out amongst the sea of the fades and dark caesars. Not everyone can rock a part though, it takes a certain level of confidence and swag to pull it off, but for those that can do it, its a form of self expression.
