It’s official! The numbers are in and, after waiting for some time, Travis finally released his debut solo album Rodeo under the Sony Epic Records imprint. The album sounds and matches Travis’ lifestyle to a T. Finally — an artist that is rapping for the sake of rapping.

The album debuted selling 70,000 records sold in its first week with a marketing/grass roots approach without any major campaign, so this is a  great win for both Travis and the Epic Records squad. As the cliche asserts hard work and dedication prevails all the time. Not only does he have the #1 rap album, he’s also dating one of the hottest chicks in the game. File under: WINNING.
