Christopher “Cool C” Rooney made up the second half of the homicidal act that left a cop murdered at the scene of a failed bank robbery in Philly. C and his partner Steady B ironically belonged to a rap group called C.E.B, which stood for Countin’ Endless Bank. The third member of the group was already serving a kidnapping sentence at the time of the homicide.
