Online music streaming looks like a phenomenon that isn’t going anyway. With Kendrick Lamar earning close to a $1M payout in the first day of his To Pimp A Butterfly streams, studies show that streaming as a whole out-performed physical CDs for the first in 2014. Business Insider reports that music streaming is now officially bigger than CD sales.
