The Charleston, South Carolina church shooting that took away nine innocent lives in the midst of a bible study is one of the most disgusting hate crimes and act of terrorism in American history. Hip hop leaders have been chiming in left and right, and Nas is the latest MC to speak out on the incident.

“Mental illness is something that I wish we could detect earlier on — from birth. “So we don’t have to worry about who’s who? Who are we walking around? Who are the people that we are living around us that are sick? That really need help.”
