The hit-maker has been off the radar for nearly 7 years, and after teasing us all year about working on her new project, she’s back like she never left. Missy dropped the visuals to her song, “WTF (Where They From),” and it’s honestly like viewers have stepped back into the 2000’s, as it includes every aspect of her old videos.

From the electric dance moves, which Missy participates in herself like she hasn’t lost a step, to the wild matching ensembles and colorful outfits, the energy is absolutely insane. The video also features Pharrell, who has been working with Missy heavily on her upcoming project, which still has yet to see an official release date. The video also features some string puppets to represent Missy and Pharrell, with them even showing off some slick dance moves. This is a great day for music, and we’re happy to welcome Missy back to the hip hop grind.
