Meek Mill Beats Out Taylor Swift To Top the Charts

Dreams Worth More Than Money

Philadelphia prince Meek Mill has a good reason to smile. His highly-anticipated sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money has done exceptionally well for its first week sales, knocking pop music princess Taylor Swift off the charts. Meek Mill’s new album was expected to move upwards of 200,000 copies and it did just that. The numbers are in and the album has now moved to 216,163 units in its first week which is way more than projected.

Meek Mill’s new album Dreams Worth More Than Money surpassed his 2012 debut album Dreams and Nightmares by over 50,000 sales. This is a good thing for Meek, which means his fans are sticking with him! We also can’t help but wonder if his public relationship with hip hop star Nicki Minaj attributed to these high sales. Either way, congratulations to Meek Mill on his success!
