Ludacris Joining The Cast of ‘Empire’

New father Ludacris is ready to get back to business! The rapper/actor will be joining the cast of popular Fox drama Empire next season. The rapper posted a picture of himself and actor Terrance Howard who plays Lucious Lyon on the set, but later deleted the pic from his Instagram page. In the deleted picture, Ludacris was dressed as a correctional officer, giving us some type of an idea what his role will be.

Access Hollywood stated that Ludacris’ role will be that of a correctional officer who doesn’t believe in giving celebrity prisoners preferential treatment, so we know it’s going to be some drama between him and Lucious Lyon next season! We’re looking forward to the upcoming season of Empire to see how this plot unfolds. Congrats to Luda on getting his new role!
