DMX just keeps going back. This rappers voice is one of the most recognizable in the industry. How many of us have his lyric from Party Up in Here in our minds when stuff gets crazy? Yall gon make me lose my mind up in here, up in here Thats how I felt the first time I heard DMX get caught. His legal issues started in 1998. Even though he didnt go to jail that rape and sodomy accusation cast a pall over Earls head (DMXs real name is Earl Simmons). In 1999 he went up for weapons possessions charges and the snowball began. Since then DMX has been charged with everything from animal cruelty, identity falsification, and drug possession.
