Killer Mike suffered a torn rotator cuff, the same season ending injury Kobe Bryant has, after fighting with a fan who tried to punch Run The Jewels member EL-P at SXSW. Doctors diagnosed the ATL based rapper with the injury and wanted him to either wear a sling or stop touring, two alternatives the MC rejected, much to the delight of his fans. According to Buzzfeed, the deranged fan believes hip-hop’s favorite indie duo stole his lyrics.
