Freddie Gray protests made their way up north from Baltimore and hit New York City last night. Joey Bada$$, one of the Big Apple’s best lyricists, was at the helm of the peaceful assembly alongside his Brooklyn based rap group Pro Era. Fellow protestors compared the young emcee’s efforts to Tupac. Shout out to Joey Bada$$.
