During an interview with The Breakfast Club, Chance The Rapper tells the story of receiving a phone call from Jay Z about a making a song with Madonna.

“Yo, Madonna asked me to get on this Icon record and I think it would be better if someone who is a new person who could be a new icon got on the track.”
