Ross has always been confident, but he stretched his ego even further during his cover story with XXL, when he thought of himself to be a bigger boss than Birdman, JAY Z, and Diddy.

“I’m even a bigger threat than them,” Rozay says. “Because all the genius moves they’ve been able to pull off, I’ve been able to watch and study from the sideline. I got to see some of these dudes make the biggest electronics deals, the biggest lifestyle deals, the clothing brands, whatever it may be, I got to see that before it was actually my time and I got to prepare and do what bosses do. Plot, big time. Remain war ready. And I think right now we in a position where in two or three years there won’t even be a doubt who the powerhouse is in this game.”

Back in October, Wayne managed to throw a slab of heat towards Birdman, when he claimed that Baby never paid the money he owed to Tyga, Drake, and Nicki Minaj.

During his time with Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, Ross spoke on Wayne’s split with Cash Money and how he once idolized Birdman. Since the messy situation unfolded, Ross lent his support to Wayne and shunned Birdman.

“I don’t have one with Birdman,” Rick Ross said when asked about his relationship with Baby. “If you read The Source magazine, you would see that right now — And really me just seeing what Wayne going through as an artist. Him being a boss. Me idolizing Birdman at a time. Me looking up to Lil Wayne. Wayne being the first artist to make so many feats. Not just as an artist, but an artist coming from the South. That’s something that I took personal. So, for me to see the way things are transpiring, I can’t respect that. And I don’t respect it… It’s a lot that transpired behind that that I don’t respect.
