More people are for him than you'd think
Joey was supposedly asked to perform at the inauguration, but he declined the offer. In “Land of the Free,” Joey rapped, “Sorry ‘Merica but I will not be your soldier/Obama just wasn’t enough, I need some more closure/And Donald Trump is not equipped to take this country over.”
Waka famously wiped his butt with a Trump jersey at one of his recent concerts. He then explained his actions, “The video from my concert had nothing to do with politics or my political views. It’s about energy. Spread positivity. No body wants to hear your opinions if they come in the form of hate. That person was being disrespectful so I addressed his disrespect. anyone who comes at me with respect gets respect in return point black period.”
While his stance is ominous, we may assume that Trump really isn’t a respectful man so Waka may not be respecting him soon.
We all know that Ye actually held a meeting with the future president, saying, “I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.”
He then posted a photo of a signed Time Magazine where Donald calls Kanye a “great friend.” I think it’s safe to assume he’s pretty happy about the inauguration.
