Way to Keep It Subtle
Nicki Minaj does not let anyone come at her without getting revenge. That’s pretty much the theme of her recent battle with hip hop star Remy Ma, who has recently been released from prison after serving six years. Apparently, time does not heal all wounds because when she came out she pretty much had guns a-blazin’ to get at Nicki.
The two have been going back and forth ever since, but Remy Ma seems to be pretty much over subtlety.

A Full Decade

If you don’t remember the beginning of Nick and Remy Ma’s beef, that’s probably because it started 10 years ago. In 2007, Nick dropped the line, “Tell that bitch with the crown to run it like Chris Brown,” using a beat from Terror Squad’s “Yeah Yeah Yeah.” That was enough to feul a decade-long beef between the two, and they’ve been going at it ever since.
Back and Forth

The two go back and forth so often that it’s hard to keep up with who’s in the lead. Remy confronted Nicki at a party about her line, and the two started to exchange diss tracks. Even though it was cut short by Remy’s prison time, the two are back at it. Remy has made passive comments on Nicki’s Instagram activity, and Nicki put out a line about Remy in her recent songs “Swalla.”
