Not for sale by owner
Drake is known to have a playful personality and sometimes plays some tricks on his friends and other artists, but this time Drake was on the other side of the spectrum. Drake finds himself in a weird situation when someone decided it would be a good idea to pretend to be his manager and list his multimillion dollar mansion up for sale when Drake and his agents actually had nothing to do with it.
For sale by owner?
The Canadian rapper was in for a surprise when someone decided that it would be a good idea to put his Hidden Hills gigantic mansion up for sale on Zillow, an online real estate database company. The house was listed for sale, but of course in reality, it wasn’t for sale at all.
A home worth millions
Drake has quite the pad. The fake sale price was $20 million, which is obviously an insane price but if anyones house is worth close to that much it might be Drake’s. The 12,5000-square-foot house features it’s own 25-seat movie theater, a wine cellar, a tennis/basketball court, a massage room, and a gym just to name a few. The man even has five horse stalls and a horse riding area.
Apparently someone pretending to be Drake’s manager put word out that Drake was trying to sell his 7-bedroom, $7.7 million mansion. When a real estate agent had tried to get this “manager” to progress on the sale, he broke down and confessed that it was all a scam.
