Justin Jackson has been around scamming people for a while, but the only issue is that nobody knew he was there. Over the past few years he’s done his fair share of scamming celebrities all across the globe. From rappers to NBA players to arguably the best soccer player in the world, he’s done it all. All of that seems like it’s coming to an unfortunate end for the scammer… He’s finally been caught!
The Man Behind the Mask
A man by the name of Justin Jackson has made a name for himself being a “professional con-man.” Regardless of it being legal or not, he’s pretty good at what he does. Over the course of his “career,” he’s scammed NBA players like Paul George, Russel Westbrook, Carmelo Anthony and Richard “Rip” Hamilton.
According to the Miami Herald, Jackson and his wife were booked for felony fraud earlier this week. The warrant makes claims that Jackson lied about being Adele’s manager in order to get all of the different NBA players to send him sneakers.
Jackson later used the same email address he used to pretend to be Adele’s manager to try to get sunglasses and other things from both Drake and Big Sean.
Won’t be fooled
Unfortunately for Jackson, his attempts to fool Drake and Big Sean didn’t work out. It was all over when he tried to use the same email to snag some free tickets to Kendrick Lamar’s set at the 2017 Rolling Loud Festival. Kendrick’s managers got in contact with Adele’s real manager, and the police took everything over from there.
