He was hit with two counts of DUI — “one from driving under the influence and another for driving with a BAC at 0.08 or higher,” according to TMZ — rather than a hit and run as he was originally booked.
Also in May, the artist was arrested for crashing his car in San Fernando Valley and leaving the scene prematurely. Thanks to an eyewitness, who called the cops after seeing Miller and two others leave the scene on foot, authorities made it to the crash-site in no time.
After officers assessed the area — finding the rapper’s 2016 G-Wagon crashed into a light pole — they found Miller’s address by running the plates. The “Self Care” artist confessed and was taken into custody from his home.
“He was the most polite and nice intoxicated person we’ve ever seen,” authorities told TMZ at the time. The star never responded to the news.
