The clap back from fans, who didn’t raise a finger to buy K. Dot’s sister anything ever, was never-ending.

Twitter user @HovitoEi said, “Kendrick is rich, he really couldn’t get his sister a Benz instead of a Toyota Camry… trash.” Meanwhile, user @doylenoir pointed out, “Kendrick got a whole single on the radio where the hook is “Sit down, be humble” and ppl are surprised he bought his sister a Toyota lmaooo.”

Fans are so quick to comment, but they rarely do their research. Smarty Twitter user @KaylarWill said, “They really going in on that Kendrick bought his sister a Toyota. She’s 18. Same people asking for payment arrangements.” Little does she know, Kayla Duckworth is 16 years old.

K. Dot Says

In an interview with Power 106’s The Cruz Show, the topic of Kendrick’s choice in cars for his sister came up. Kendrick recalled, “They had me dying. Man, I was crying laughing. I don’t know what they expected a 16-year-old with no license to get — a Lamborghini?”

“It also teaches her to appreciate the value of things,” he concluded. “Jumping in a fast car and possibly hurting herself or not appreciating where we come from.”
