It's over, y'all
Cam’ron and Juju have split up after 10 years together. Love is dead, y’all. Bury it in a pink fur coat.
The news came rather quickly, as Juju went round for round with a side chick on the internet yesterday. The normally calm Love & Hip-Hop: New York star went in on the alleged other woman’s Instagram.
“What sh*t you with, Roxy? What you wanna do? You wanna smoke this cuz I’m with it,” she wrote. “You over there sucking Cam’s d*ck along with the meth head, too? Watch your ducking mouth addressing my sister and mind your business. b*tch.”
She later responded to a woman who was sending prayers her way over the breakup, seemingly confirming that the couple are no more.
“It’s definitely not easy,” she wrote. “But God and prayer fixes everything, even broken hearts.”
The reveal that Cam’ron and Juju are no more is especially heartbreaking given that she just started opening up about their struggles to conceive a child. It wasn’t so long ago that she was serving as the guiding light for Remy and Papoose as they struggled with a miscarriage.
The star told VH1 about the decision to reveal her struggles with conception:
“I have this platform and if I can help one person and touch one person, I think I’ve done my deed and with the response that I get, I felt really good. At the same time, I felt I wasn’t alone because, like I said, I felt that I was less than a woman and wondered what was wrong with me and with all these emails and DMs and texts from my friends that I got I really was like, ‘you know what? I’m not the only person going through this, who went through this situation or who is going through it right now.’ I don’t regret talking about it at all.”
JuJu is usually the sanest member of the LHHNY cast, so to see her pop off on Instagram and go looking for a fight is something brand new. She even talked with VH1 recently about being the cast’s most level-headed member. However she seemed to hint that some big news was imminent.
“I’m just like that by nature. I’m just always trying to help people out but I’m actually going through a few things myself personally so what’s actually been helping me get through my situation is writing is so I will definitely have something out pretty soon,” she said.
While she wouldn’t provide details, it sounds like we might be getting a book about the end of Cam and Ju.
“The book is going to be more about what I’m going through personally right now. Providing advice and guidance for the situation I’m going through,” she said. “I need more sleep but I got to do it. I have to get it done. The time is now. When opportunity knocks you gotta do what you gotta do.”
