This year’s BET Awards was quite the event. It was star-studded and everything went just as spectacular as planned. However, that wasn’t the story for what happened behind the scenes.
Ready and present at the BET Awards was the Migos rap group, who has been taking the hip-hop world by storm. Over the past year they’ve produced tons of hits, and it seems like every week they have something new banging on the radio. Unfortunately for them, their tempers got a little hot at the BET Awards, and people are questioning their character.

Migos got into it with Chris Brown after the Award show and even had some punches thrown over what people assume to be Chris’ ex-girlfriend, but that’s not even the biggest news here.
The group sat down for an interview with Joe Budden and the crew fromEveryday Struggle, and things didn’t go as planned. Right as DJ Akademiks was wrapping up the interview, Joe Budden stormed off stage like a 12-year-old who didn’t get his ice cream. No one knew what was really going on at the time, but he’s finally opening up about how he really felt.

Joe recently sat down with Boom 103.9 and was asked about why he stormed off stage.
“That was a bit unconventional,” he said. “I didn’t want to talk to the Migos. I’ve never seen a good Migos interview. I’m not really guest based on my podcast, not my morning show with Complex, Everyday Struggle, I’m not guest based. And because I’ve been an artist, for me I just know when people come and they sit down and I know all the media training and label answers.”
