Being a wife, a TV co-host, and a legendary rapper, there’s no doubt that Eve is booked and busy. But when it comes to music, we haven’t seen her perform in a while… until now. Over the weekend, Eve put on an epic performance for fans in London. Watch the video at the end of the article!
Recently, Eve brought a room full of fans back to the early 2000s. On Friday night (August 16), the first lady of Ruff Ryders made an appearance at White City House in the UK. The venue is a members’ club nesting in West London. Eve performed her 2001 hit, “Who’s That Girl,” and it looked like she never missed a beat!
The Talk co-host took to Instagram to post a video from the night. “Thank you @whitecityhouse 🖤 it was so good to be performing back in London! You guys were on fire last night 🔥🐾🎶 They wanna know…. #WhosThatGirl,” she wrote in the caption. According to her management, the sold-out show was Eve’s only UK performance this year, but new dates will be posted soon.
The Shaderoom reposted the video and fans immediately swarmed to the comment section. Instagram comedian and personality, B. Simone, commented, “Legends never die 🙌🏽.” Fellow rapper, Maliibu Miitch, argued that Eve should have definitely been placed on the infamous Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All Time list that’s been circulating the internet. “This is why EVERYONE’s top50 list was a DUB! No one , not once mentioned Eve’s name. My good sis Pen WORKED! Ok bye im done✌🏿,” she said.
