It finally happened
Asian Doll and Rico Nasty’s long-standing Twitter beef finally bubbled over into the physical world recently. There’s a brief embarrassing clip of the two women fighting making the rounds, and no one can decide who won the scuffle.
While the video shows Rico eating dirt before the clip cuts away, she claimed victory across various social media platforms and said that she ruined Asian Doll’s hair.
“I wanna see the rest of that video, ’cause I was smacking the sh*t out her a**,” she said.
The clear victor from the short clip just leans on the video evidence and told her that she was too busy eating grass .
“You hit the floor in 6secs within the fight your n**ga jumped in & got rocked,” she said in a deleted tweet.
She also pointed out that her hair was still straight while Rico’s was a mess in the video where she claims to have won the fight.
The feud apparently stems from a bit of alleged swagger-jacking. The rapper’s think their styles are too close for comfort, and it led to them getting all up in each other’s faces.
All Good Just a Year Ago
It’s not the first time Asian Doll has taken her dislike of someone to the street. She got in a fight with Bali Baby at South by Southwest last year. And when video of that fight emerged, who was there to talk trash? None other than Rico Nasty who, surprisingly enough, was team Asian Doll back then.
“I felt bad for [Bali]. She is small. The same thing is going to happen to her if I see her,” Rico said, before explaining how she was lured into a convoluted beef with Bali. “Bali, of course, letting the fans get to her because she’s a clout monkey. She gets on Twitter like ‘These n*ggas snakes and I need to mow my grass.’”
“The beef happened with Asian. I retweeted the fight. Asian said, ‘We real rockstars.’ I’m like ‘yes, b**ch’ because we been following each other for a week. Bout time we say something to each other. We’re gonna have to work. This s**t is epic.”
See the Fight
She went on and on about how well she and Asian Doll were doing before declaring that Bali was done for.
“I just don’t understand how people could respect somebody,” she said. “Getting your wig snatched is like getting your chain snatched.”
Rico went on to explain the economics of wigs, saying that she could spend up to $1,200 on a human hair wig and that getting one taken from her would be a devastating blow. She got another shot in at Bali by saying that the wig was her first-ever non-synthetic wig, implying that she’s broke. She also said that Bali had to go immediately back to cheaper products after Rico took her wig from her.
These hair-related quips turned out to be prophetic words from Rico. While her wig wasn’t snatched in this most recent fight, it definitely looked pretty rough in her explanatory videos.
