Late May reports of the model allegedly cheating on her ex-boyfriend 21 Savage have been proven false by 21 himself. Rather than allow most of his fans and some of hers to drag Amber’s name through the mud for her infidelity, he hopped on social media to dispel the rumors.

Summer Love

Over the summer of last year, Amber let the world know that she was proudly dating 21 Savage. Using Instagram as her platform, she posted a warm message of love to her then-new-boyfriend.
“It’s pretty amazing waking up every morning feeling love like this. I’ve cried endlessly and been hurt a lot in my life, I’ve been abused, talked to like I wasn’t s**t, been gaslighted and S**t shamed by men that I once loved and cared about,” she wrote. “So I’m so thankful that God brought this amazing person in my life who genuinely has my back and is ready to ‘pull up’ to defend my honor by any means.”
“Maybe he’s just as broken as me and that’s why we’re perfect for each other, but either way he’s not going anywhere and neither am I,” she added.
The “Bank Account” rapper made an announcement of sorts of his own around the same time. During an interview with The Real After Party on Real 92.3, he dared anyone to speak badly about his then-new-girlfriend.
“She’s beautiful, right?” he said at the time. “We’ve just been kicking it, man. She’s a real cool woman. She treats me like a king, so it is what it is. And no disrespect will be tolerated, at all. Keep your mouth closed, no h*es, no b***hes, no nothing, ’cause I’m pulling up.”

However, all good things must come to an end, as they say. Nearly a year after their start, Amber revealed that they had parted ways without offering an explanation. In March of this year, while talking to DJ Big Boy, the 34-year-old said that though she loves him, they couldn’t make it work.
“To be in a relationship is very difficult. To be famous and in a relationship is even more difficult, because you have teams, and people, and everybody feeding y’all both stuff… And then you wind up arguing about things that you wouldn’t usually argue about as a normal person,” she shared. “But I love him. I really love him, I miss him, I think about him every day.”
“But to say that I’m single… I can’t say that I’m single because in my heart, I still love him [and] for me to say that I’m single means I want to go out and find something else, like I’m ready to mingle, and I’m not,” she added.

Months later, reports of Amber and Savage’s split being the result of cheating came into the picture. According to the stories, Amber stepped out on Savage with one of his friends. Sources claimed the mistake was the ultimate kiss of death to their relationship, which assumably explained why Amber consistently talked about Savage while he never mentions her.
He mentioned her when he heard the latest though.
