Frank Ocean Denied Legal Name Change in Los Angeles

Frank Ocean wants to change his name to Frank Ocean for good. However, he’s going to have to settle for his birth name, Christopher Breaux for now. Los Angeles won’t allow him to change his name legally due to outstanding tickets and driving violations that he has acquired. The “Novacane” singer has racked up several tickets over the past few months including one for speeding 31 miles over the speed limit. Slow down Frank!
