Meet Korean Fried Chicken or Yangnyeom Chikin as it’s called in South Korea. This type of chicken isn’t made with as much flour as traditional chicken and is lightly tossed in a sweet, spicy, garlicky, glaze while it’s hot. This caramelizes the sauce on the surface of the chicken, preventing it from seeping in too deep and ruining the crispy shell thus creating the beast chicken you’ve ever had!
