On the heels of his Australian Tour, The Game had to cancel his 6-date stop abruptly because he wasn’t carrying the proper visa.

As The Game was preparing to board his flight, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection asked him to do an about face and return back home to Cali considering he didn’t have the right documents on hand. Metropolis Touring issued a statement regarding the ordeal. “Unfortunately the tour by The Game is now cancelled,” reads the press release. “All ticket holders will be entitled to a refund from point of purchase. Please allow a few days for us to liaise with the ticketing companies but we will work as quickly as possible to organize this and keep everyone updated. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.”

He has already vowed to add three shows for his New Zealand fans in September to repay them for their losses. The show was slated to start this past Sunday (Feb. 21). SHARE with your friends.
