Standing next to Lethal Weapon, Bad Boys and Bad Boys II are arguably two of the best urban cop movies ever made and after more than ten years of waiting, movie house Sony Pictures confirms that a 3rd and 4th Bad Boy movie are in the works!
Not having it other way, Sony Pictures is bringing back both films with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. Unfortunately, Michael Bay won’t be returning as director; instead, writer/director Joe Carnahan who has done films such as Smokin Aces, and The Grey.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters on February 2017 and hopefully it’ll bring in close to what the last movie, Bad Boys II made in 2013, $273 million worldwide!
Are you excited? Do you think it will be the same, considering the directors have changed?
