Saigon has been added as a special guest on Chris Webby’s Chemically Imbalanced Tour. The tour will hit 22 different cities in a month, and will serve as the perfect promotion for the rapper’s recently released Greatest Story Never Told 3: The Troubled Times of Brian Carenard album.
