Nas Says His Artist Fashawn Is One of The “Nicest” Rappers Right Now

West coast lyricist Fashawn has been buzzing for a while, but his career has had its share of up and downs. Last year, Nas signed the former XXL Freshman to his Mass Appeal imprint and ever since has been cosigning his artist heavy. Fashawn, who just dropped his sophomore album The Ecology, was celebrating the drop with a release party concert in LA. In addition to guest appearances from Dom Kennedy, Aloe Blacc, Blu, Exile and Dilated People his label boss snuck in through the side door to surprise his signee. Upon hitting the stage, Nas showed the MC love by claiming: I just came here to support one of the nicest n****s that I seen in the rap industry in a long time. Watch the video above.
