Google is showing their altruistic side with this move. According to Essence, decided to donate $2.35 million to Black Lives Matter in hopes of reversing the fortune of young African Americans.

With the emphasis more so on the San Francisco area, organizations geared on helping racial injustice within the criminal justice and educational system will receive fair amounts from the generous charity offer. One of the organizations, most notably the Oakland Unified School District, will receive over $750,000 in donations to help improve graduation rates within the city.

The Ella Baker Center will receive two $500,000 grants to help create a police violence reporting app and help low-earning workers. Please make sure to SHARE with your friends.
