Gucci Mane isn’t a lyrical juggernaut. He w0n’t astound you with his lyricism, but his gangsta persona resonates to his audience and hip hop culture. It has been a few years since we’ve seen Guwop in the flesh, but his insane work ethic has allowed us to listen to plethora of mixtapes. While he is misunderstood, he’s undeniably one of the hardest working rappers in the game. Love him or hate him,  Gucci is finally coming home.

Gucci With Jeezy Drops “So Icey” (2005).

Gucci had himself a banger with a rookie in Young Jeezy when he dropped “So Icey” in 2005. Beef ensued when Jeezy wanted throw “Icy” on his album, but Gucci refused. That led to their falling out and Gucci shooting one of his men.

After being attacked by a group of men, Gucci let off a couple of rounds and ended up killing a man. He turned himself in and pleaded for self-defense. The charges were dropped because of insufficient evidence.
