Paparazzi will not be allowed to take pictures of celebrities and/or their families without prior consent. If law enforcement catches a pap taking photographs of celebrities without prior approval, they will be warned and fines will accumulate depending on offense occurrence. Paparazzi must be go through a screening first before receiving a license and have to coordinate with celebrity press teams for photoshoots.
