Spotify, Beats Music, Pandora and Soundcloud may dominate the current culture and market of streaming but it looks like there may be another power player joining the competition. Tech Crunch reports Jay Z and his company Project Partner have placed a $56M bid for Scandinavian Music Streaming Company Aspiro. The deal’s completion will be revealed once shareholders agree to the sale, but with Hov involved the move is supposedly supported 100%.

Jay Z is looking to compete with Dr. Dre in the music streaming market with his $56M purchase of Aspiro.
