J. Cole joined hundreds of protestors in NYC on Wednesday night following the non-indictment of the police officers responsible for the choke hold death of Eric Garner in Staten Island. J. Cole and hundreds of protestors flooded the NYC streets to express their disgust for the injustice. J. Cole has been very  outspoken about the killings of African-American men by police officers. In August, the rapper visited the site in Ferguson, Missouri where Michael Brown was gunned down. The rapper also released his tribute song  “Be Free” in honor of Michael Brown‘s life.
