The 24-year-old rapper Vic Mensa has a special talent for keeping himself in trouble.
He was raised in Chicago, Illinois and started his rise to fame at a young age. Growing up in Chicago he had a ton of controversy as a child, and he found himself in the middle of some pretty dangerous situations. These experiences might have given him a good reason to carry a gun nowadays, but he should at least make sure he’s doing it legally!
Vic Mensa has had a pretty hot temper recently. He was getting into a little beef with Lil Yacthy a few months ago after he was seen on stage saying “F**k is a Lil Yachty?” as if he had never heard of the rapper before. Yachty was pretty surprised and even said that he had no idea why Vic would come at him like that.
Not only that, but the last time he was seen on Everyday Struggle with Joe Budden and DJ Akademiks, things got pretty testy.
“People exactly like you sensationalized and made a following off of clowning situations that we go through in real life,” Vic said to Akademiks. “I think n***as ain’t have no right. You specifically, you ain’t never have a right. Whatever made you feel like you had a space to have a perspective on our people dying on a daily basis?” he argued.
This time around Vic is going to have to cut a check if he wants to avoid some time in prison. The authorities old TMZ that the rapper is getting two years probation after he pleaded no contest to carrying a concealed firearm in his vehicle. He had a second count of carrying an unregistered, loaded weapon, but they were eventually dropped.
