The 25-year-old rapper and singer from Houston, Texas is in for an interesting twist of fate. You’ve probably heard his hit songs like “Antidote” and “Goosebumps,” but that’s not the important thing right now. It’s not what he was singing that’s getting him into trouble, but instead the things that he said.
Travis was out performing at his concert in Arkansas when things started to go south. The rapper reportedly finished his show, and as soon as he stepped off the stage, he was greeted by the faces of police officers.
Law enforcement told TMZ that he was being arrested for inciting a riot, endangering welfare of a minor, and disorderly conduct. He was released later on that night, but he’s going to have to go back to Arkansas for a court date in the near future.
The police department updated the situation, saying that Travis tried to tell people to rush the stage during the show and bypass the security protocol.
Several people were injured in the situation, including a police officer and a security guard.
