Baling on the Bail
Tax was given a whopping $500,000 bail for the situation, but it was quickly taken back after it was found out that there might be some far more serious charges filed against him. At least that’s what they thought. Strangely enough, no charges like assault or murder have been given to him yet.
His lawyer said that Troy Ave is the one that should really be arrested and put in jail with bail because of the fact that he was the one seen holding the gun in the security footage, not Tax. McPhatter’s family has even blamed Troy for the death of the bodyguard, so the jury is still out on this one.
According to XXLMag, Taxstone pleaded guilty, but not to murder. He plead guilty to the two separate federal weapon counts, and he could still be facing some serious jail time, but it’s not for the death of McPhatter.
