The Ross-Fit looks like a success
Remember when Rick Ross was the biggest boss we’d seen set foot in the game? Well, the once corpulent emcee promised he would cut down his calorie intake and be more active in order to drop some pounds. Now, Ross is leaner than ever and after losing 100 pounds he plans on keeping the weight off for good. Take a look at Rick Ross and his slimmer look in 2016.
As you can see, Ross isn’t as rotund as he used to be. After a seizure, he decided to take precautions and improve his health.
Is this even same Rick Ross?
“I started doing it last year,” Ross told 93.9 WKYS FM. “The most I used to do for exercise was stand up to count the money, you know what I’m saying?” Ross said he stills eats the way he used to, but in smaller portions, and he makes exercise a priority. “I eat pears now and s**t like that,” he said. “I still eat the way I want to eat. I just go to the gym.”

Besides surviving on pears, Ross enjoys grass-fed lamb loin chops, cauliflower roasted with Sriracha flavoring, kale casserole and more.
