Rappers Who Weren’t So Hard Before They Made It

To be a rapper, you have to have street cred. It’s that simple. Especially, if you’re talking about getting money, having power and getting respect. You’re pretty much nothing without it. Both The Game and Meek Mill have been going back and forth for the past week and a half on who has the toughest name in the streets. Meek Mill has gone so far to pull pictures from Game’s alleged stripper days and that time he appeared on the “Change of Heart” game show before his rap career started.

But even the hardest of hardcore rappers had at least one time in their lives when they weren’t so hard. From starring in a ballet to working in law enforcement, these rappers weren’t so hard before they made it.
