Not so bad and boujee

Migos has one of the most popular rap songs out right now. “Bad and Boujee” has been sitting at No. 1 on the Billboard 100 for the past couple of weeks. They’ve put on for their hometown of Georgia and are responsible with the world’s most popular dance: the dab, which was introduced on their 2015 track, “Look at My Dab.” They’ve been around for a while, but let’s be honest: They haven’t been getting that much attention outside of the hip-hop community.

According to the group, they’ve been getting the cold shoulder from producers of late night shows who usually have hip-hop musical acts. That is, until Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino shouted the trio out during his acceptance speech at The Golden Globes. That one, simple shout-out opened many doors for the Georgia group.

Thanks to this rapper, the trio is now a hot commodity...
