The "luxury music festival" was cancelled after one day!

This weekend was supposed to be the kickoff for the first-annual “Fyre Fest”: A star-studded, luxury music festival hosted by Ja Rule and held on a private island in the Bahamas.

Tickets started at $1,500 a pop and went as high as $250,000 to attend with a group. With scheduled performances by Blink 182, Lil Yachty, G.O.O.D. Music, and more the intimate festival (only 6,000 tickets were available) was advertised as a weekend of luxury and music but wound up looking like a scene out of the Hunger Games.
