It’s officially grad season, and kids and young adults everywhere are taking steps to further their education. Celebrity kids are often seen as spoiled and entitled; There have been many industry kids who have acted out on mommy or daddy’s dime.
Well, these parents aren’t having it. They’re making it known to the world that they’re raising smart, responsible kids who plan to make a difference in the world. From graduating with honors, to skipping a few grades, these famous kids are taking their next big steps in the world. These hip-hop greats are busy celebrating their baby ballers’ achievements…
T.I. & Tiny
While other kids are dependent on their celebrity parents’ fortunes, Major Harris may be on the path to making his own. T.I. and Tiny’s baby boy was the star of their reality show, T.I. and Tiny: The Family Hustle and was known to be a very smart kid. At just the age of 5 or 6, Major skipped Kindergarten and headed straight to first grade.
In May, Major, now 10, graduated from 5th grade and is going to middle school. Talk about smart as a whip! His dad posted this photo of the genius with the caption, “We were all def acting like “the black family” at Majors Graduation 🎓 today…” They have every right to be proud. Go, Major!
Remy has been trying to have a baby with husband, Papoose, for some time now. Though she’s still in the process, she took time out this week to focus on being one proud mama because her only child, Jace, has graduated high school. Remy, Papoose, and Papoose’s daughter, Dejanae, celebrated Jace’s commencement.
Remy was more than happy to show her son love on Instagram and let her fans know that he graduated six months earlier. Way to go, Jace! Aside from showering him with her love, Remy surprised her baby boy with a new Charger. “This is who I do it for,” said Remy.
We were recently introduced to Dame Dash’s daughter, Ava, on a recent episode of Growing Up Hip Hop. But little did we know that Miss Ava was about to be on her way to college. The mogul took to Instagram to gush about his baby girl.
As of yet there’s been nothing more rewarding then seeing my Lil girl have all the things I didn’t and to see her grow up so happy…anything I’ve been though up to this point has been exactly what is was supposed to be if this is the result…i fight so my kids can have this life…I love you @ava_dash and you mAke the whole family proud everyday such a good example for your Lil sister @tallulah_dash …I really feel like I won the super bowl…the World Series and the nba championship…also an Oscar all at the same time!
