He doesn't see a problem
Diddy has finally responded to the comments made by 50 Cent about him on The Breakfast Club. While Fif thought it was a little odd that the mogul asked him to go shopping, Diddy assured the hosts that it was just out of the kindness of his own heart.
“I thought he needed some clothes,” he explained to Charlamagne The God and DJ Envy who were both skeptical. “I’m a nice guy.”
In spite of all the social media posts that 50 has put up mocking Diddy, he refuses to believe that there is any bad blood between them. In fact, the Bad Boy mogul went beyond that, saying that the Get Rich Or Die Tryin rapper loves him.
“I don’t have no beef with Fif. He loves me,” he said. “Y’all can’t see that he loves me? Hold on, you really think that’s hate? When you really break it down, you’ve been out here a long time, you know he loves me.”
The hosts refused to believe his story but also couldn’t understand why the pair wouldn’t be friends. When DJ Envy suggested that they should be friendly because they are so similar, Diddy balked.
“No, we are not. We are not the same. We are not cut from the same cloth,” he said, in his first indication that he thinks of Fif as anything less than a bosom buddy.
He also said that he doesn’t have time to get involved with squabbles and internet beef. Diddy kept on his “vivacious” grind, saying that he only ever thinks about other people when he’s trying to help them out.
“I don’t ever hit him with no nothing,” he said. “I don’t even think of no other man, man. If I’m thinking about another man I’m thinking about uplifting. I’m not thinking about all that. All them gnats, you know they can’t really touch me.”
That relentless positivity has been all over everything that Diddy’s done recently. Just ask him what he wants to be called. Admittedly, Diddy might have been on one when he asked the internet to stop calling him by his long-term sobriquet. As a reflection of his ultra-post life, Diddy asked to be known as “Brother Love.”
“I have some very serious, serious news. I’ve been praying on this and I decided – I know it was risky because I knew it could come off as corny to some people,” he said. “I’ve decided to change my name again. I’m just not who I am before (sic). I’m something different. So my new name is Love a.k.a. Brother Love.”
Since that announcement, he’s both walked back the name change and trotted it back out. We can’t figure out what to call Diddy largely because he can’t figure it out himself. But the vibe is there.

50 on the other hand, likes to be extremely petty. He attacked Diddy for a photoshopped XXL cover celebrating that rap magazine’s 20th anniversary.
“N**ga tried to make his eyes look all glossy, This n**ga a fruit biscuit. LOL,” 50 wrote about Diddy’s cover. “N**ga you ain’t got no hazel eyes, unless that’s like cataracts or some s**t. LOL.”
What do you think? Is Diddy delusional? Does he keep things around him so unendingly positive that he can’t see when people dislike him? Or does he know something about Fif that we don’t? Sound off in the comments and be sure to SHARE this article.
