More Tupac Drama
The Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me has sparked a ton of recent news relating to the legendary rapper. The most recent topic is who bailed Tupac Shakur out of prison back when he was arrested after his sexual-assault charges. Many people were under the impression that Suge Knight was the one who got him out, but at the same time there was some skepticism. Record producer Jimmy Iovine has something to say about it, and Daz Dillinger clapped back.
Setting the Record Straight
Daz Dillinger recently went on social media to clarify something that might have caught some people off guard. Record producer Jimmy Iovine recently made some bold claims and went at Suge Knight when he said that Knight was lying about bailing out Tupac from prison.
Iovine said “You didn’t bail out Tupac,” and claimed that he did himself, but now Daz is taking a stand and trying to set the record straight.
According to Daz himself, the whole story that Iovine is telling is completely false. He actually said that the money that was put in to bail out Tupac came from Suge Knight’s pockets. Daz was one of the producers who made the Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me happen, so he’s done his research and he probably knows what he’s talking about.
Iovine’s story said that he gave Suge the money to get the legendary rapper out, but that is obviously being contradicted by Daz.
Daz also went on to question the logic of Jimmy Iovine’s claims. He even said that Iovine and other labels were actually stalling the whole situation when people were trying to bail Tupac out of jail. He told fans to try and stay away from Jimmy and not to praise him for his crazy claims.
