Amber's going under the knife
Amber Rose has made the decision to get a reduce her chest. Now, the model and activist is taking her fans along for the ride, letting them know exactly how she feels about going under the knife on her social media channels.
The admittedly nervous Rose shared videos along with her surgeon to talk about the process of getting the surgery. Rose also shared exactly what she’s most looking forward to after the surgery.
“Spaghetti straps,” she said. “I’m really excited about spaghetti straps.”
The doctor asked her to remember the last time she was able to wear spaghetti straps, before her body started having other plans. Rose said that she hasn’t worn that particular style of clothing since she was 10 years old.
Rose also shared an insight into her headspace on her story. She seemed both excited and slightly worried about the procedure, if an emoji-laden message to fans is anything to go on.
The move to get her body where she wants it to be is the latest in what’s been an overwhelmingly positive couple of months for Rose. Even when people attempt to start drama between Rose and her close associates, it’s just not happening.
That was the case when a radio station recently asked Wiz Khalifa to freestyle about the mother of his children. Wiz kept it appropriately smooth over the beat to Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like,” and refused to play into the obvious gambit for a virality.
“I don’t want no drama,” he began. “Why you gotta bring up my baby mama?”
He continued in the same vein for the entirety of the rap, admitting that he still loves her and that their relationship is civil.
“I still love her, she love me too,” he said. “You think I’ma talk bad about her, you’re through.”
All this positivity wasn’t dampened by the fact that Khalifa’s mother is suing Amber Rose for defamation. Khalifa’s mom said that Amber Rose impugned her in a phone conversation after the death of Khalifa’s brother Dorien.
Via our report at the time:
“The suit [says] that Rose claimed Wimbush-Polk was responsible for the death of her young son Dorien. The brother to rapper Wiz Khalifa passed away this February due to complications from lymphoma.
Wimbush-Polk’s lawsuit claims that the alleged conversation ‘imputed criminality,’ which the suit goes on to say is ‘incompatible with her status as a grandmother and her status as a volunteer mentoring at-risk youth.’”
That wagon-circling is easy to understand when you see how fiercely Amber Rose defends her own. After fans tore into her current man, 21 Savage, for supporting her at her annual benefit SlutWalk, Rose clapped back. She asked what fans who accused Savage of being soft want from them and questioned the idea that supporting your significant other in their actions is somehow wrong.
“How the f**k is my man not a savage anymore?” she asked in an incredulous Instagram video. “Like, do y’all want him to pistol whip me? Beat me up? Shoot up the SlutWalk? Like, what the f**k do y’all want?”

She closed the video with an eye-roll to show just what she thought of these haters’ opinions.
