Fans won't be hearing from him much for a while!
For 600 Breezy, everything was coming together when it came to his rap career. He’s been making a name for himself among the greats, selling out shows, and putting down haters at every opportunity. But it looks like that might be coming to an end soon, as he takes a pause to serve 10 years in prison for violating probation… Oops!
Making it Big
If you haven’t heard of 600 Breezy, you’ve probably heard his voice on Drake’s More Life track “Lose You.” He’s been making a name for himself among the greats and has even performed alongside Drake, Nicki and Lil Wayne at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards a few weeks ago. But it looks like that’s coming to an end.
Where It Started
600 Breezy was sentenced to prison not for an offense but for violating probation.
What was his initial arrest for? Possession of crack cocaine back in May of 2012. Guess making it big doesn’t necessarily mean making it clean.
600 Breezy was busted for traveling without permission, which is in violation of the limitations set with his probation.
According to XXL Magazine, 600 Breezy had some comments to say about it on Facebook. He wrote: “This long a** drive the Waterloo I’m about to walk in court on straight a**hole mode … cause if I been violating for traveling…that mean I’m violating coming to court.. and the crazy part my supervising p.o in Chicago didn’t violate me . Iowa did….. After 5 years now Iowa wanna all of a sudden step in.”
