Take a look at Jagged Edge’s resume. “Let’s Get Married,” “Promise” and “Where The Party At” are just some of the bangers that left fans mesmerized by the expertise of this talented quartet of singers. After teaming up with super-producer Jermaine Dupri, Jagged Edge quickly skyrocketed up the ranks of R&B. During the late 90s and 2000s, they were deemed untouchable. With eight albums under their belt, we plead our case as to why the fellas should consider giving their fans one more project.
Their harmonies are perfection
Name another group that can lay out seamless harmonies like this quartet? Not many can compete on that basis with JE. Remember, these guys have been together since 1997. So that means that their chemistry is beyond immaculate.
There’s no group to compete with
Considering that R&B boybands are no longer appreciated at the moment, it would be ideal for a legendary group like JE to break that mold and deliver some new music. Their 2014 effort proved that they still have the abilities to put together a cohesive effort. Why not continue to capitalize towards that?
New Music = More Shows
Easy formula, right? If the guys elect to drop another album, that means they can kick off another tour for their die-hard fans. The guys have proven to be great performers vocally, and know how to put on a show. So who wouldn’t love to see this?
