Old School and real hip-hop heads have been awaiting De La Soul’s new album And the Anonymous Nobody. Over the weekend the legendary hip-hop duo gave everyone an update on the album and revealed some more of the new album’s featured guests in addition to Pete Rock, Estelle and Roc Marciano, the trio have added 2 Chainz, Snoop Dogg and R&B king Usher to the list of artists featured on their new album. De La Soul made this statement about the album over the weekend:

“We’re working hard to get this album sounding right for your vents to receive. Please accept our apologies for the delay in updates. The work to complete this album has increased, but progress is still in forward motion.” Awesome! We can’t wait to here the final product. We know it’s going to be classic!
