Despite 50 Cent crying broke last week, it looks like he still may have to pay up that cool $5 million to Rick Ross’ daughter’s mother. After awarding Lastonia Leviston $5 Million dollars in punitive damages, the court put a hold on the case following 50 Cent’s claims that he could not pay the money due to filing bankruptcy. After finding out that 50 Cent was actually not going broke, the courts decided to proceed with the case involving the sex tape starring 50 Cent and Lastonia Leviston.[ad type=’inarticle1′]
The case was scheduled to resume today in New York State court. 50 Cent and Rick Ross have yet to comment about this story. However, we’re sure Lastonia Leviston is somewhere rejoicing about the fact that she’s one step closer to getting her $5 million. It’s never too late to charter that flight out of the country Fif!
